Unified entity detail in Manager

Managing accounts, creators, and videos is now simpler and faster. All list and detail pages for these entities are consolidated into per-entity tabs and side sheets within Manager, streamlining review and navigation. "View Details" links and entity references across the app now open deep-linked views in Manager, keeping all your operational work in one place.

July 10, 2026

Accurate date range selection everywhere

Date range selection is now precise and easier to use. Custom picks display the day you select, no matter your timezone, for reliable reporting and charting. The "All time" preset now intelligently covers your organization's full history, skipping any empty early years and focusing on real campaign data in Manager.

July 10, 2026

Complete video sync after burst posting

Managers no longer have to worry about missing videos when creators post in bursts. Video sync now auto-catches every new upload—even those missed during high-volume moments—on the next routine update. Your campaign data stays complete and current in Videos.

July 10, 2026

Google Sheets export for crossposts

You can now export your crosspost grids directly into Google Sheets for faster reporting and analysis. Simply select "Google Sheets" in the Export menu to copy the grid, including Discord usernames pulled from your Discord bot integration, top platform details, and friendlier date formats, ready to paste straight into a new sheet. If clipboard copy isn’t available, you’ll get a CSV to download instead. Review your exports from Manager.

July 8, 2026

Smooth Meta Ads partnership requests

Sending partnership requests from Meta Ads keeps branded content workflows moving. These requests are now sent using Instagram creator usernames, so you won't face missing-permission errors when working with creators. Agencies and managers can send partnership requests directly from Manager and Campaigns.

Snapchat Spotlight refresh and analysis

Snapchat Spotlight is now fully supported. Managers and creators can refresh Snapchat profile and Spotlight video data, including likes and IDs, for smoother campaign analysis. Explore updated Snapchat performance in your programs from Creators and Videos.

July 8, 2026

Workspace creation access for agency partners

Admins can now let agency partners or team members create new workspaces for easier brand onboarding. You can give individuals the ability to set up workspaces without making them full admins, streamlining access for approved partners or team members. Manage workspace roles in Organization settings.

July 4, 2026

Agents and answer engines get full product and changelog access

Agents and answer engines now have full access to structured product and changelog data, with all product information and changelog entries available for ingestion and review. AI systems and bots can fetch a complete product corpus for up-to-date help and answers by referencing changelog.

July 4, 2026

Campaign invites and analytics tools empower brand onboarding

Brands can now invite creators to campaigns using flexible no-email shareable links, making programmatic and bulk onboarding easier while avoiding unnecessary emails. Email delivery is optional and only triggered for supplied recipients. Campaign invite deactivation is soft and non-destructive, so teams can easily manage invite access.

New creator-facing analytics tools give brands the ability to compare performance and access deeper campaign insights. Payout details and spend/CPM dashboards are now visible to high-trust finance clients and connected tools. Managers and finance partners can review integer-cents breakdowns via payouts, with full access to spend- and CPM-based dashboards for streamlined reporting and review. All invite, analytics, and payout actions are available in Manager and throughout campaign resources.

July 4, 2026

Creators get powerful self-service and unified settings

Creators now have a streamlined experience for managing their tools and settings.

The redesigned creator settings workspace uses a familiar left-rail navigation, organizing Profile, Security, Preferences, and Developer tabs for faster setup and review. In the new Developer tab, creators can generate, view, and revoke their own API keys from API key settings, and review MCP integration details in connected app settings—all tied to their primary organization membership. Tool access is now simpler: connected MCP clients show up directly in the Security tab, making it easy to check or manage linked tools without manager intervention. Managers get faster access and review with integrated views in Manager.

July 4, 2026

Flexible rule-based payout structures

Managers can now customize bonus and payout calculations by building payout structures from flexible enabled rules, with every previous configuration automatically available for review. These updates give teams clearer breakdowns and easy review for every payout in payout structures and payouts.

July 4, 2026

TikTok Ads connections stay active with self-healing access

Your TikTok Ads integration now maintains access automatically with a wider proactive refresh window. Teams no longer need to manually reconnect after routine downtime or missed schedules—access stays valid even during deploys or minor incidents. Review and manage your TikTok Ads setup in TikTok Ads settings.

July 3, 2026

Audience-quality bonuses you can verify

When a creator’s crossposted video earns a performance bonus, you can now require them to submit a screen recording confirming their audience quality straight from their analytics. Managers record the percentage of Tier-1 audience (US/UK/DE/CAN/AUS), and bonuses are automatically pro-rated below a set threshold. Verification goes right into the payout workflow for crossposts that hit the milestone. Set this up in your payout structures.

July 3, 2026

Clearer TikTok Ads Business Center linking

TikTok Ads linking is now surfaced right on the Creators tab and Accounts tab in the manager workspace. You’ll see each creator’s Business Center readiness at a glance for their TikTok accounts — showing who needs attention, who’s not linked, and who’s ready for Spark Ads. The new filter makes it easy to find creators who still need setup or action, and you can always jump to TikTok Ads for full details.

July 3, 2026

Filter controls that work the same everywhere

Every dashboard, payouts view, and table in Creator Ops now uses a consistent filter bar. Whether you’re narrowing results by platform, campaign, creator, account, or date, the controls behave the same and match in size and layout. Sorting and preset filters are easier to find, and everything stays neatly compact for large teams.

July 3, 2026

Smarter crosspost grouping and more accurate payouts

Crosspost grouping got a big accuracy upgrade. The matching that recognizes the same video across every platform you track is sharper — it now groups a re-upload to a new channel as the same content no matter how much later it went up, and folds a confirmed re-post to the same channel into the existing group. A built-in measurement check lets us keep grouping accuracy high over time.

Payouts follow the grouping more faithfully. A campaign's base pay now counts once per content group rather than once per creator each period, so creators posting the same video to several channels are paid correctly. On payout structures you can also set a view window, paying only the views a video earns in its first days — handy when you want to reward launch momentum instead of long-tail views.

When it's time to reconcile, export the full measurement from payouts: download a CSV, a formatted Excel sheet, a per-creator workbook with one tab per creator, or a ZIP of per-creator files.

July 3, 2026

Viewer access, easier invites, and tighter data boundaries

Bringing people into your workspace is simpler and safer. A new view-only role lets you add teammates who can see everything but change nothing — ideal for clients and stakeholders. Manage roles and invitations from organization members, where pending invites now show their status at a glance on your creators list.

From the manager workspace you can invite creators straight into a campaign from the Invites cell, and bulk invites now send in parallel so large lists go out quickly. Filter chips scope to the tab you're on, so drilling into a creator or campaign stays focused.

Brand boundaries are stronger too: each organization only ever sees its own creators, videos, and results, and creators' personal contact details stay private in shared views. You can review sessions and access anytime from security settings.

July 1, 2026

A faster manager workspace

The manager workspace now comes up much faster when you're working with large brands. Lists load quickly and totals stay put in a sticky footer as you scroll through hundreds of rows.

Opening a creator's video or profile now behaves like a normal link — click through in a new tab, or copy the address, without losing your place in the grid.

Charts read cleanly too: axis labels no longer clip on the detail views, so the numbers are easy to follow at a glance.

July 1, 2026

Sharper thumbnails and dependable downloads

Thumbnails now look the way they should. Cover images that previously showed as grey boxes — including slideshow covers — now display crisply everywhere they appear, and we healed the existing ones so your back catalog looks right too.

Adding videos is more forgiving as well. Instagram Reels links now work whether the address uses /reel/ or /reels/, so fewer valid links get turned away when you add accounts or track videos.

The downloads view was also reorganized to match the syncs layout, so finding and grabbing a finished file follows the same familiar pattern.

June 28, 2026

See viewer comments on every video

Comments left on your creators' videos now flow into Creator Ops, so your team can read audience reaction in one place without hopping between apps. Open any video to see its comments, newest first.

We also rebuilt the comments view to be easier to scan — replies grouped together, clear author and timestamp on every comment, and quick navigation between videos. Follow the conversation on your videos as it unfolds.

Comment collection is available to organizations with the feature turned on — reach out if you'd like it enabled for your team.

June 25, 2026

Crosspost content groups, advanced review tools, and Discord bot milestone tracking

Crosspost review is expanded with smarter content group handling. Detect and attach videos to existing content groups, see group counts in the sidebar, and review "posted" status to track delivery across channels. Platform columns remain stable, video fingerprinting keeps crosspost records unique, and row-height controls plus inline filter bars and header deep links help you see multi-platform results more clearly.

Creators can now use the same upgraded data grid as managers in their Creator portal, making review, sorting, and filtering easier than ever.

The Discord bot announces creator graduations in the public #promotions channel, so your team stays up to date on creator progress and program milestones.

The integrations directory is redesigned with real brand logos and streamlined detail pages for visual, intuitive app and settings management.

June 25, 2026

Dashboard charts, TikTok slideshow support, view-share insights, and improved account video tracking

Performance tracking is now visual. The dashboard shows new spend and efficiency charts, with grouped breakdowns so you can understand how resources flow and spot trends quickly. View-share charts deliver faster insights into which accounts drive content views, and you can toggle per-account video tracking mode for focused data review.

The Videos surface now tracks TikTok slideshow and photo posts, making it easier to manage all uploaded and visual content in one place. Dashboard filter bars display which filters are active, keeping your context clear as you dive into different slices of your data.

The TikTok Ads integration now supports better slideshow and photo tracking, expanding your creative analytics coverage.

June 25, 2026

Flexible campaign payouts, smarter crosspost grouping, and manager assignment

Campaigns are now more flexible and organized. You can set a default payout structure for each campaign—creators inherit it automatically, and you can override payouts for individual creators as needed. Use Payout structures to configure these defaults, and review estimated amounts owed for each crosspost content group in the Payouts grid for a clear, campaign-wide picture.

Reviewing multi-channel posts is simpler: on the Videos matrix, you can multi-select videos for manual grouping, ungrouping, or removal using floating controls. Manual groups now automatically complete themselves as matching videos arrive, eliminating orphaned entries and making cross-channel content management easier.

Assign responsibility clearly—give any campaign a dedicated manager. Manager assignment is visible across surfaces: campaign settings, campaigns table, and analytics grids, always marked with their avatar and name. Inline editing keeps ownership visible and updates quick. You can also review manager assignment from Manager.

June 25, 2026

Manager workspace upgrades: faster navigation, grid improvements, smarter linking, comment threads, and payout precision

The Manager workspace now loads nearly instantly and is more organized. Navigation is collapsible with sub-tabs for creators, accounts, campaigns, and videos. Grids get a major boost with column highlighting, easier "set as default" controls in views, and export for any grid. Campaigns link to creators using actual account membership for a clearer program picture, and spend attribution ties directly to payout activity for higher precision in reports. You’ll find new columns including all-time views for accounts and true sync frequency tracking for finer program review.

Managers can also access scraped comments for synced videos. Every comment thread is searchable, filterable, and exportable by account, with comment-match highlight and scoped counts so you only see your org’s accounts. All pre-existing videos have their comments backfilled, letting you analyze past campaigns in full context.

Bulk improvements: auto-sync is now tracked per organization so your sync jobs can’t be blocked by high-activity orgs, filtered bars highlight active filters, organization switcher covers just settings and members, and the new Manager organization role lets you assign managers from Members settings for centralized, granular access control.

Halo AI payout analysis is now documented in Payout docs to guide smarter payout structuring and reveal patterns behind program results.

June 25, 2026

Self-service Discord AI agent for creators

The Discord AI agent now lets creators get instant answers about their workspace—counts, accounts, videos, campaign stats, earnings, and campaign lists—right inside Discord. Creator-specific actions are role-protected and available in Discord bot settings, making it easy for creators to get tailored workspace details, fast.

June 25, 2026

Super-admin cross-org rail and clearer API docs

Super-admins get a dedicated rail for switching between organizations on the platform, granting direct access—including API keys and integrations directory—to every org for streamlined operations.

API and connected app docs are now organized by Brand and Creator surfaces, with sidebar links for Brand API docs and integrations directory, making technical references faster to find for operators and creators.

June 20, 2026

All-new Downloads and reliable YouTube and TikTok video handling

Video downloads now live in a dedicated Downloads page where you can track jobs and files and re-download videos for your organization. YouTube downloads are reliable and available to every organization, and TikTok video links now use the official format for consistent handling in TikTok Ads and Accounts. Manual YouTube tracking skips unnecessary delays, so channel syncs run smoother.

The new Downloads page and the Syncs page now share the same layout — status pills and two-column filter rows — so reviewing jobs on either is quick and familiar.

June 20, 2026

Flexible Discord digest webhooks for campaign-focused updates

Digest updates are now more targeted in Creator Ops. From Discord webhook settings, you can connect several webhooks and route each to specific campaigns or the whole organization. The redesigned settings UI streamlines managing, adding, and editing webhooks to reach the right channel for each campaign.

June 20, 2026

Full API key management and permissions matrix

API key management gets a complete upgrade. Now you can view, rename, enable or disable, and rotate API keys from a searchable, sortable table in API keys settings—rotation replaces the secret and deletes the old key while keeping name, scope, and expiry intact.

For clarity on access, a read-only reference table lists what each role (Owner, Admin, Creator) can do in your organization. Find this matrix grouped by area under your Members settings.

June 20, 2026

Instant editing, detail drawers, and streamlined account management in Manager

Managing accounts, creators, and campaigns in Manager is now faster and more interactive. You can edit Creator and Campaign fields right in the grid with searchable dropdowns—just click the cell to update. The row context menu includes “Remove from org” for quick account cleanup.

Any row can now be opened as a side drawer to instantly view or edit campaign, creator, or account details. Record editing and viewing launches directly from the grid, making updates seamless.

Sync status updates instantly when you trigger “Sync now”—badges change from “Queued” to “Syncing” to “Synced” without needing to refresh. Plus, mobile users get responsive dialogs and pickers, matching the Base UI styling for a smooth experience on any device.

June 15, 2026

All-new polished interface

Creator Ops feels faster and more consistent across every workspace.

Interactions are smoother throughout Manager, onboarding, and beyond — from tooltips to in-grid cell editing. Pickers now behave the same on every tab, so selecting campaigns, creators, or accounts is quicker and more predictable, and inline-edit hints show you exactly which fields you can change directly in the grid. Entity chips and dialog selectors are visually aligned for a sharper, more cohesive feel.

June 15, 2026

Command palette upgraded with full search and quick filters

Finding anything in Creator Ops is now easier than ever.

The ⌘K command palette has been rebuilt with full-text search and natural-language quick filters to instantly surface campaigns, creators, accounts, or views. Start typing or use common phrases—like "my active TikTok campaigns"—for server-backed results that deep-link straight into Manager and TikTok Ads.

June 15, 2026

Facebook and YouTube syncing just works

Tracking and syncing social accounts just got simpler.

Creator Ops now accepts Facebook profile-tab URLs, like facebook.com/username/reels, so handling creators with reel-based profiles in Accounts is seamless. For YouTube, data is pulled in parallel and with fewer steps, meaning video thumbnails, publish dates, and durations load instantly—with fewer sync stalls and faster enrichment.

June 15, 2026

Syncs dashboard: track account syncs in real time

You can now monitor syncs for every account in real time on a dedicated dashboard in Accounts. Track which platforms and accounts are syncing, see progress at a glance, and recover any stuck syncs immediately. Account syncing is faster and more reliable, especially for YouTube, and improves handling of edge cases so accounts no longer get stuck "Syncing."

June 12, 2026

A more powerful Manager workspace

Working across large creator programs in Manager is much faster this week.

Filters are always visible and now follow you across every tab — narrow to the campaigns, creators, or accounts you care about once, and every other view stays focused on the same selection. Entity pickers load your full roster with scroll and search, pin your selections to the top, and no longer cap long lists. A "Clear all" button appears whenever anything is narrowed, so resetting takes one click.

Every tab also gains a right-pinned actions column, putting key operations for any row — campaigns, creators, accounts, or videos — one click away.

June 12, 2026

Guided creator onboarding with public portfolios

Creators are welcomed with a multi-step onboarding wizard that builds toward a public portfolio at cops.app/@handle. Each step helps shape your profile—handle, socials, interests, Discord via Discord Bot, and more—with instant progress updates. By the end, every creator launches a polished public profile that brands and managers can discover.

June 12, 2026

Smoother sign-in and clearer app access

Getting into Creator Ops is smoother. Google sign-in and onboarding now behave consistently for every user type, and linking socials gives immediate, plain-language feedback in organization settings, with copy that points you back to the right page when something goes wrong.

If you're already signed in, visiting the homepage now drops you straight into your workspace instead of the marketing page.

June 12, 2026

Your dashboard now covers every platform

The brand dashboard now reports on every platform you run — including Snapchat, Threads, and X, not just the big four. Posting-time charts give way to the numbers teams actually act on, top videos load faster, and you land on real stats instead of an empty first-visit screen.

Every date selector also gets previous/next steppers, so you can move between reporting periods without rebuilding a custom range each time.

June 8, 2026

Faster and smarter Manager workspace enhancements

Working in Manager is now faster and more collaborative. Progressive loading speeds up how quickly accounts and campaign lists appear. Shared manager views let teams save and share custom filters and sorting preferences, and default views load instantly when you open your workspace.

Brand onboarding now uses a guided wizard that walks teams through setup step-by-step. Organization admins also get sidebar actions that put key management controls one click away when navigating settings or accounts.

June 8, 2026

Simpler sign-in with Google One Tap and last login tracking

Team members can now use Google One Tap from the brand sign-in page for one-tap access without typing credentials. Admins can also track the last login method each user used — whether Google, password, or another route — directly in user settings.

June 8, 2026

Stronger and clearer app consent for tighter security

Admins now see verified badges on app consent screens and can set permissions per-category, controlling exactly what connected apps access on behalf of your organization. All connected app sessions appear alongside active user sessions in Security settings, where any app access can be revoked with a single action.

May 25, 2026

More top video highlights from the Discord bot

The daily top videos sent by the Discord Bot integration have increased from 5 to 9 by default, giving your team a richer snapshot of standout creator content every day.

May 25, 2026

Track creator activity at a glance with new post frequency and activity sparklines

Two new opt-in columns in the Creator and Accounts tabs of Manager — Post activity (14d) and Frequency (14d) — show recent posting trends for every creator and account. Post activity shows a platform-stacked sparkline plus a total posts count; Frequency shows a color-coded badge of average posts per day.

Identity columns in the manager grid now resize more smoothly, and column visibility persists correctly when new columns are added.

May 18, 2026

Improved Manager workspace toolbar and sidebar experience

The Manager toolbar is redesigned as a horizontally scrolling strip that keeps filters, sort options, and actions visible even on narrow screens, with search pinned in place. The sidebar is now collapsible to an icon-only view with hover tooltips, freeing space for data grids. The create-dialog sidebar also adopts an always-expanded filetree style for easier browsing.

May 18, 2026

Smoother interactions and prevention of duplicate tracked accounts

Handle renames now fully sync in your tracked roster in Manager, so duplicate accounts no longer appear when creators change their on-platform handles. Searching in data grids also keeps the top result visible as you type, making it easier to find and select accounts or campaigns without losing context.

May 18, 2026

Twitter / X platform support is here

Twitter / X is now a seventh supported platform in Creator Ops, covering profiles, tweets, and tweet details. Due to Twitter's limits, up to ~100 of the most popular tweets per user are surfaced; Track Accounts shows a note explaining this behavior. Twitter / X tracking is available alongside existing integrations like TikTok Ads.

May 11, 2026

Pre-trial members are gated to only key onboarding channels.

Save and switch dashboard filter views with dynamic date ranges

In Manager, you can now save filter setups—date range, platforms, creators, accounts, projects, and metrics—as named views and switch between them instantly. Bulk payout sending is now available in Payouts, and campaign selection during setup works reliably. The interactive API docs let you try requests directly against your workspace. The Discord bot now handles large servers more gracefully: channel sections stay organized when categories fill up, roles are assigned correctly for creators and trials, and archiving works even when a member can't be matched.

March 9, 2026

A dashboard built for creators

Creators now have a home of their own. The new creator workspace brings your linked social profiles, tracked videos, and active campaigns into one dashboard, with a dedicated settings page for your profile and preferences.

Joining a campaign is streamlined as well: campaign details are shown up front in your campaigns, and linking additional social profiles along the way is optional instead of required. Invitations now route creators to the right place every time.

Faster organization switching and richer controls

Teams that work across several brands will feel this one. A new organization sidebar makes switching instant — no flash of empty screens, with everything staying responsive on mobile.

February 23, 2026

More complete and accurate account and video data

Pagination limits that previously caused missed content have been removed when fetching posts from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, so dashboards now reflect all available posts — including reels and shorts. Broken or incomplete TikTok thumbnails are filtered out so you only see valid images.

Smarter account exports and clearer account names

Accounts now have two CSV export options: a quick export with profile URLs and basic info, or a full export with detailed metrics and metadata. Account displays across the app now show human-readable names when available, falling back to handles only if needed — so you’ll see names instead of numeric IDs on platforms like Facebook.

Visualize optimal posting times with timezone support

A new posting time performance heatmap breaks down video performance by day of week and hour, with color-coded intensity showing peak posting windows. It supports local timezones so activity aligns to each creator’s actual posting times, and only highlights time slots with at least three videos to avoid noise.

Bulk video import, privacy mode, and a fresh look

Adding content in bulk is here: paste a whole list of video URLs and each one's platform is detected and validated automatically — much faster than adding videos one at a time.

A new privacy mode hides sensitive creator details, handy when you're sharing your screen or presenting numbers to a wider room. The app also wears a fresh, brighter look throughout, and you can duplicate any structure in Payout structures to set up similar deals in seconds.

Clearer charts and smarter date picking on the dashboard

The dashboard tells a richer story this week. A new views distribution chart shows how attention spreads across your videos, broken down by platform, and per-platform pie charts make your channel mix obvious at a glance. Both stay readable on mobile.

Picking a reporting window is easier too: date presets are expanded and organized into clear groups, birthdays accept natural-language input, and timezone handling is corrected so every chart groups days the way you experience them.

Active/inactive toggle for creators and refreshed creators dashboard stat

The creators table now has an active/inactive toggle per creator, and the dashboard shows a new Creators stat card with the active creator count. Improved dashboard tables with enhanced date formatting and account controls

Dashboard tables now show compact dates like "Dec 24" with relative times such as "2h" or "3d". Accounts can be toggled between tracked and untracked directly from the table, and a delete option with confirmation is available in the row dropdown. The creators table also gains platform tooltips showing views broken down by platform.

Sidebar icons now have tooltips for easier navigation, and the creators and accounts tables default to showing all records — active and inactive, tracked and untracked — for full roster visibility.

Project start dates and team-wide default project selection

Projects now support a start date, which automatically sets the earliest date filter when viewing reports. You can also designate a default project for your organization — it loads automatically when you open the dashboard. To change the default, use the star icon in the projects table.

Export video view timelines and refresh on demand

Tracking content just got more flexible. You can now export any video's view timeline to share trends outside the app, and a new resync-all control in Videos refreshes every tracked video on demand.

Daily digests are sharper too: rankings now follow three-day growth instead of raw totals, and daily counts are corrected so the numbers you see match what actually happened.

December 29, 2025

Instant manual trigger for creator performance digests

Creator performance digests can now be sent on demand, not just on the regular schedule. Digests also now show total views alongside changes from the previous window.

More focused Discord daily digests

Discord daily digests now show today's view counts instead of all-time totals, with a compact single-line layout that fits more content at a glance. December 8, 2025

Simpler daily digest webhook format

The daily digest webhook now sends two compact lists — top 1-5 and top 6-10 videos — each showing rank, clickable title, creator name, and views, replacing bulky per-video embeds.

Daily digest updates highlight trending views

Your daily digest emails just got more insightful. Instead of showing views over a longer period, digests now focus on top-performing content based on view changes in the last three days. This helps you catch trending creators and videos faster, so you can act on emerging opportunities in your marketing programs.
