Expanded organization actions with easier workspace creation

Anyone already in an organization can now create additional workspaces—no more restricting this to super admins. In both the sidebar and org switcher, you'll find promoted actions: instantly create a new organization, jump to Billing or Integrations, and copy your org ID. The Switch menu now appears only if you belong to more than one org, making navigation in Organization settings simpler and more direct.
