Active/inactive toggle for creators and refreshed creators dashboard stat

The creators table now has an active/inactive toggle per creator, and the dashboard shows a new Creators stat card with the active creator count. Metric labels have been shortened — "Active Creators" is now "Creators" and "Active Accounts" is now "Accounts" — and active status is the default filter when viewing creators.
