Minimum views required for payout eligibility

Managers can now set a minimum eligible view count for any payout structure in Payout structures. If a creator's resolved views don't meet your threshold (for example, 1,000 views), their payout—including any base—is automatically set to $0. This makes it easy to ensure you only reward posts or creators who hit your minimum standards, with the gate logic matching your platform filters and payout calculations.
