Enhanced Creator Portal and Submissions

The creator portal now shows a creator's posts from every roster they are part of, not just the oldest org. The submissions queue has also been improved for narrower screens, with row wrapping and truncation to prevent overflowing. Creators can also refresh the submissions page using the browser refresh shortcut.

Additionally, the unique rule on creators' emails now treats the email as one identity regardless of case, preventing duplicate profiles from being created.
