Richer Discord Bot setup with customizable get-started messages and channel layouts

The Discord Bot now supports customizable #get-started welcome embed messages with multiple templates to match your community tone. The /fixserver command sets up a complete public channel layout—Welcome Center, Introduction, Creator Hub, and Ops—each with emoji-prefixed names, topics, and slowmode settings. Pre-trial members are gated to only key onboarding channels.
