More insightful dashboard badges and advanced metric filters

New View Health badges flag accounts with videos under 300 views, and Post Status badges summarize posting frequency at a glance. Status badge tooltips have been added and badge styling is now consistent across the app.

Videos, Accounts, and Creators tables can now be filtered by numeric metrics with min/max thresholds, and those filters are saved to the URL so you can share or return to exact views.
